   Smokey the Appaloosa gelding is about 15.2 hands. He is barefoot and he is timed every 6-8 weeks. He does NOT have any kind of arthritis and is NOT on any special diet (he holds weight just fine). I just feed him Alfalfa and grass hay. I do give him beet pulp 7 times a month but I use it to help with sand, he holds weight just fine. He is 21-25 years old.
